Fragrance oils come in two grades. Manufacturers and Cosmetic. Manufacturers grade can be used when mixed with lotions, bath salts, shampoos, body scrubs, facial scrubs, gel candles, wax candles, soaps, light rings, and etc. Cosmetic grade can be used right from the bottle to the body. Cosmetic grade must be preordered, prepaid in 4 oz size or larger. |
